Services are offered on a sliding scale, depending on the needs of the family.
DEATH LITERACY EDUCATION
• Consultation with the session organizer.
• Prepared presentation on requested topic.
• 2.5 hour education session.
PREPARATION
• Initial consult with family.
• 4 scheduled (1-2 hour) visits which can focus on advance directives, wishes for care, legacy work, eulogy & obituary writing, 'Swedish Death Cleaning' preparation, writing final messages, exploring body disposition wishes and other options, memorial/celebration of life wishes, etc.
• Resource and internet search requests
• After hours phone / email support
RESPITE CARE / VIGIL SITTING
• Initial consult with family
• 5 scheduled (2-4 hour) visits focused on the immediate needs of the client.
• Unlimited phone / email support
• On-call availability for vigil sitting / respite
• Posthumous visit with loved ones to begin death experience and grief processing, as requested
BELOVED PET COMPANIONSHIP at end-of-life
• 1 scheduled (1 hour) visit to review end-of-life care options.
• 1 scheduled (1 hour) visit to provide emotional and logistical support during the dying process.
• 1 posthumous visit (1 hour) to discuss memorial plans and provide grief support.
• Includes: delivery of pet ashes, if cremated.
• Phone / email support prior to, and after, death
THE REST OF YOUR LIFE PLAN
• Initial consult with the family
• 9 scheduled (1 hour) weekly visits
• This plan is a slower paced program to help motivate one to prepare for end-of-life.
• Includes: advance directives, wishes for care, legacy work, eulogy & obituary writing, Swedish death cleaning preparation, writing final messages, exploring body disposition wishes and options, memorial / celebration of life wishes, etc.
• A personal planner is included in this package
